Q: How do I enter a discount code?

Q: My selected size and colour of an item reads as unavailable. When I try selecting another colour or size, it also reads as unavailable. Is the item I want out of stock?
A: Yes, it is out of stock. As our products sell out quickly, place your order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment of out of stock situations. If you see an item as unavailable and really need it, try emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
. We will double check our stocks for you!
Q: How long does it to receive my order?
A: All orders have an approximate 7-10 working day processing time before it ships. (Update: Due to COVID-19, processing time may be affected.) This duration is just an estimate and subject to various delays. Thereafter, shipping duration will depend on your chosen delivery method and location. We are located in Singapore. If you have a Singaporean shipping address, your order will take another 0-5 working days to be delivered depending on your shipping method chosen. We always make sure to expedite your order wherever possible.
Q: What are your refunds and exchange policy?
A: We do not provide exchanges or refunds except in the case of product defaults (caused by us). Please provide a snapshot of the defects to our customer care at email@example.com
for assistance and processing of your exchange or refund. Only one exchange is permitted and your required exchange item/colour/size is subjected to stock availability. Request for exchange or refund has to be made within one week of order shipped email receipt. After that, no requests will be accepted.
Q: I have already ordered and made payment, can I cancel or alter my order?
A: Sorry, once payment is made through the system, no cancellation of order is allowed. Alteration of order is possible but not guaranteed as it depends on how quickly you let us know of your changes. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
immediately with your order number and your required change if there are changes to be made. Requests may not be accepted.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship from Singapore.
