Deliveries to regional, remote or non-major-city addresses may require additional time.
Tracking is provided for registered, standard tracked, economy tracked and express courier services.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, where applicable.
Normal Mail within Singapore may not include full tracking. Please select a registered or courier option when tracking is important.
